High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program
The HAARP Ionospheric Research Facility was established in Gakona, Alaska on 18th October 1993. HAARP can beam 3.6 Gigawatts of high frequency radio energy from Earth based antennae into the ionosphere.
A U.S. military project which independent scientists say can interrupt global communications, manipulate global weather patterns, cause power outages, direct huge amounts of electrical energy down on to the Earth, cause earthquakes, and manipulate human brainwaves for mind control.
