Vodafone's Message of Death
Michael Nield
28th December 2005
![]() The mayfly only lives for a day but it makes the most of now - Vodafone's latest TV advertising slogan. Flash version here http://www.vodafonemayfly.co.uk
So what if you're only going to live for a day? Be like the mayfly. He doesn't care, he makes the most of every minute, buzzing out his 24 hr existence. Sure, it's cool to live fast and die young!
Is this a cigarette advert? No, it is the latest and not-so subliminal message for the U.K.'s mobile phone market from a top New World Order mega-corporation.
Vodafone is the world's largest mobile telecommunications company, with a significant presence in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the Far East. With a market value of £94 billion ($170 billion) it was the third largest company in the U.K. at the end of 2004, ahead of Shell and Glaxosmithkline. Compare it to Wal-Mart, currently valued at $218 billion, or Bank of America at $188 billion. One might think that Vodafone's new TV ad merely associates the company with the trendy live-for-the-moment attitude of youth culture. However, the emphasis is more on the shortness of the mayfly's lifespan than on the wonderful time he has. The message is, 'look, you're not going to live very long, but that's O.K., because dying young is cool!' This may seem a little macabre to the uninitiated. It is shocking to those familiar with the global elite's desire to eliminate 80% of the planet's 6 billion inhabitants. This is at a time when public health experts have warned that today's Western youth promise to be the most obese and infertile adults in the history of mankind.
This advert is a disgusting gloves off celebration of the elite's success in implementing the population reduction agenda and sign of worse things to come. Evidently, we are viewed as insects just waiting to be swatted.
Secondly, the 'make the most of now' clause is a moral message. 'Since you insects are so pathetic and insignificant, you might as well just follow your selfish animal instincts and think nothing of the world around you'. Population control is not just about reducing numbers. It is also about controlling human behaviour. Global fascism is where corporations and governments merge in order to control the population, exemplified in Hitler's Germany. Due to its huge size, vodafone inevitably - and evidently - represents this wannabe global ruling class.
The New World Order's propaganda is becoming more blatant as we approach the final destination. This latest effort from Vodafone gives today's innocent youth some idea where the journey - and the party - ends.
